Job Description
- Review & verify the budgeting and cost realization in promotion activities and analysis as in line with budget policy in order to have an effective promotion budget cost control.
- Review & verify the promotion budget realization as in line with the financial guide line (SOP) in order to have accurate cost control realization
- Review, verify and validate distributor incentive in order to have accurate amount to be paid
- Review, verify and validate salesman insentive in order to have accurate amount to be paid
- Review, verify and validate monthly adjusting entries
- Create monthly pre-billing change store report of General Trade and Modern Trade
- Create, verify and validate SPG montly cost.
- Review and verify daily sales data
- Validate and analyze competitor's price in order to pricing policy
- Create sales data report of B to B change store daily and monthly
Minimum Qualifications
- Min academic education : Min S1 in IT, System information, Computerized Accounting, Finance & Accounting, Management.
- Min experience : 1 year in related field
- Min competencies : MS office, proficient in Excel esp Macro, excel function, Powerpoint, committed to work, ready for project based. Proficient in web-based applications will be a plus point.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
