Job Description
- Assist company overall legal requirements, including but not limited to prior research on new business establishment (government regulation) and draft variety of agreements, handle company related permit/license such as NIB, SIUP, etc.
- Conduct resargc and due diligence for company's related legal matters
- Responsible for legal review, legal drafting, legal searching, and legal advice
- Coordinate with relevant institution, department, and/or other third parties on legal matters
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3~5 years of experience as legal practitioner
- Experienced in healthcare industry/company with similar position is an advantage
- Indonesia law bachelor's degree with active legal license
- Indonesia permanet bar license (PERADI member)
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Able to travel both domestic and overseas
