Technical Service Engineer  

• Must ensure the team follows the correct documentation procedures, policies and requirements throughout the entire project phase
• Being able to guide the team through the stages of development, testing and implementation and reviewing the work completed effectively
• Provide direction and technical expertise in system design, development and integration
• Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
• Identification of resource and equipment needs, efficient capacity planning and managing the availability of software and hardware
• Must provide technical training to the team if needed and function as a technical mentor for team members
• Ensure that standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
• Project scheduling and resource management
• Project planning, budgeting, and reporting (Technical Side)
• Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to General Manager
• Meet with the client team and collect requirements, hold regular team meetings and track project progress
• Estimate project budgets, coordinate with the finance department for funds and plan to purchase equipment and hardware in a cost-effective manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male / Female max 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (Machine, Industrial and Metallurgy)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Mold & Dies, Industrial & Rotating Equipment, Oil & Gas Industry, Power Generator)
• Preferably with supervisory and Managerial Capacity
• Capable to operate Ms. Office (esp. Excel, Word & Powerpoint) and Auto CAD
• Great communication skillls, Strong Analytical skills, Must be able to respond to emergencies outside working hours.
• Fluent in English both written & oral
