Job Description
- Create business plan presentation and team allocation plan to achieve optimal sales targets
- Plan and Prepare Areas for New Launch, Manpower, Training, Coverage Plan, Placement, BTL and ATL activity, Direct Selling Activity in the District.
- Distributor Business Plan, Manpower, Training, Coverage Plan, Forecast.
- Identification of business opportunities by conducting market/competitor analysis
- Analyze, Plan, Propose and Manage promotional programs/event activities to drive user acquisition and increase product awareness in the market
- Leading team and staff in the area of responsibility
- Implement sales strategies and tactics in accordance with Company policies
- Manage and control operational & capital expense, Finance Operation in Area, Sales & Marketing Operation, Active Distribution, and Retail Stability, Brand distribution, Retail Coverage, Active Retailer
- Coordination and cooperation with distributors
- Ensure delivery of regular sales report from distributors as required
- Create periodically reports accurately and on time
- Deliver company goals, achievement & growth
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience mostly in the FMCG category, preferably the Food category
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales or equivalent.
- Able to manage team, coaching & review performance
- Creative strategy and good execution
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
- Placement area for Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur and Jabodetabek
