Job Description
- Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for team member and external stakeholders
- Planning, supervise and monitor the project in all phases and set strategy so that the project can be finish based on designated goals
- Build a mitigation plan to minimize the risk from an unpredictable event during the project
- Develop documentation of the project
- Coach team members to use an Agile mindset, and employ Scrum methodologies as standard project management
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong know-how on Scrum framework and its artefacts
- Familiar with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello or PivotalTracker
- Experience and knowledge in a cloud platform such as AWS or GCP
Nice to have
- Experience in banking project or any other financial system development
- Experience in internal process improvement
