Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop the required partnerships with banks and NBFIs to help provide auto loans to prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Product team to help develop the required consumer financing options that will be shown to customers.
- Be the process owner for consumer financing for end-customers - policy creation for providing financing, documents to be collected from customers and financiers etc.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders from operations, sales to ensure the consumer financing process is run smoothly.
- Ensure high productivity and low TAT for the consumer financing process,
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consumer financing, a strong educational background and a good understanding of the Indonesian auto financing market.
- Previous experience in the following is an advantage:
○ Consumer financing/hire-purchase loan/auto loans division in OEMs/dealers
○ Auto loans division of a bank/NBFI
- Ability to converse effectively in both English and Bahasa would be an advantage.
- Negotiation and business planning experience.
- Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to making decisions.
- Drive and hustle for continually developing and running processes efficiently.
- Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge.
