Job Description
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Partnership & Deployment serta menyusun kalender kerja (target kerja dan jumlah orang yang ditugaskan ke Apotek) setiap awal bulan
- Melakukan deployment management yang terdiri dari: menverifikasi screening Apotek, memastikan Apotek menerima pendampingan sesuai mekanisme, dan memonitoring Live Apotek
- Koordinasi dengan Apotek, tim Partnership, Deployment, dan Data Entry untuk mengatur jadwal, mengumpulkan dokumen penting, serta mengkomunikasikan informasi yang relevan
- Melakukan verifikasi data yang telah dimapping oleh Staff Data Entry sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada di lapangan/Apotek
- Memastikan pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, serta pengembangan sistem internal
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan apapun
- Memiliki 2-3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Operation/ Business Development/ Implementation/ Account Executive
- Memahami konsep deployment and operations
- Mampu memonitoring aktivitas & proses kerja tim secara rutin
- Berpengalaman dalam memberikan pelatihan dan mendidik orang lain
- Mampu membangun hubungan positif dengan Apotek / Merchant
- Menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office dan Google Tools (Google Drive, Google Sheet, etc)
- Mempunyai pengalaman memimpin tim merupakan nilai tambah
