Job Description
- Experience working in FSI (banking / insurance / multifinance)
- Manage end-to-end all digital initiatives and engagements, especially around Direct to Consumer, Digital Marketing, Social Marketing and e-commerce
- Drive an iterative minimal viable product (MVP) with the design and development teams to ensure work is delivered as the defined expectations
- Play a collaborative role in a team of digital strategist, performance marketer, content strategist, marketing managers, UX designers
- Define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and drives activities that support the continued growth and health of the product
- Report project status reports using Atlassian Jira and Trello
- Work with all stakeholders – internal and marketing partners, to make sure that the projects are being delivered on schedule and cost.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years` experience in project management, program delivery or account management
- Solid understanding of digital technologies and platforms example, digital payment, CRM, e-Commerce, Customer Apps, etc
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management
- Ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skills and create an effective strategy
- Possesses strong presentation skills and highly developed oral and written communication skills.
