Job Description
- Answer users' questions and provide information feedback;
- Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
- Record and analyze users problems and share with internal team;
- Conduct survey to targeted users to receive feedback and improve strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelors degree, fluent in English
- Have patience and great understanding of people
- Have proofable experience of running a community (online or offline) is preferred
- Have 1 year live chat customer service experience is preferred
- Can work indepentely but also work with team
- Accept 2 working days on weekend
