Supervising the daily operations of telemarketing department
Have good leadership, able to set target to increase productivity and lead the team to achieve target.
Able to prepare Telemarketing template for team or campaign for the product.
Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports and surveys
Experience in e-commerce/paylater/e-wallet/Bank product Telemarketing
Working experience related to Ms Power Point and Ms Excel (Pivot, Chart, Formulas, Conditional Formating, etc)
Research, survey and analyze various product features on the market
Application testing and summary
Support in translation of files if needed
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
Language = English & Mandarin
Fast Learner, multitasking, willing to work & study in a fast paced work environment.
Willing to standby after working hours or on weekend
Problem solver and have good logic in handling issue
Have a good communication and negotiation skill
Proactive and initiative in the workplace
