Job Description
- Drafting Original Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.
- Handle mandatory report to Bank Indonesia as Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran.
- Advising business teams regarding legal risks mitigation and appropriate contractual protections.
- Giving compliance opinion on product, policy, guidance, SOP and other activities on its compliance to the regulation of APU and PPT.
- Ensuring proper verification of execution of merchants/client documents & security documents.
- Ability to provide proper legal assistance to cross functional teams.
- Actively work with a wide range of colleagues to support broad range of needs and give business friendly solutions while balancing compliance with multiple regulatory.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum formal education of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law;
- At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;
- Has experience of AML and KYC;
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English;
- Effective communication abilities;
- Financial and Goverment regulatory experience is an advantage.
