Job Description
A service engineer is responsible for supporting equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment, from design through implementation and support. A System Engineer performs a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of workstations, servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment. Maintenance and solve problem and installation machines IBM Product (iSeries, pSeries).
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00
- Able to work on shifting working model
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work on holiday / Sunday / Saturday
- Discipline with time management
- Willing to be asigned on Remote area
- Good attitude and having a good teamwork
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Able to operate MS Office
