Vendor Management  

Who You Are and What You'll Do:

• Ambitious. KPI is to increase the engagement of our vendors measured by total % of active transporters with regards to total verified transporters and to increase the average monthly activity / transporter / month
• First principles thinker. Think strategically on how to expand the company's customer base and grow the business.
• Let the best ideas win. Liaising with multiple stakeholders in the company to escalate and solve vendor problems. You’re also liaising with the product team to create and maintain products build for our vendors.
• Customer obsessed. Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Data driven. Analyze vendor quality and own projects to maintain vendor quality. You’re also tracking internal performance for both Vendor Management and Sales team.
• Ownership. You are aware that everything you will do, it will represent Kargo Technologies as a company. You're keeping a good relationship with our transporter vendors. You become the escalation point for the funnel of communication between Kargo and vendors. You understand, passionate and excited to solve the evergreen problem of Transporter Vendors.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Vendor Management, Negotiation, Communication, Problem Solving, Microsoft Office, Analytics & Reporting, Strategic Planning
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience working in the logistics industry with deep understanding about the industry practices.
• Proven ability to working and connect with vendors from Kargo
