Job Description
- Daily stand up
- Review/prepare documents
- Liaise with other teams for alignment and to understand their needs
- Handle legal initiatives (building trackers, moving documents to PA, etc.)
- Provide rapid and accurate legal support
- Improve Contracting Process in Kargo: (i) handle initiatives to improve contracting process, (ii) prepare template documents, (iii) set up process, etc (will be determined based on needs)
- Ensure Compliance and Legal Safety: (i) implement compliant business structures, (ii) process licenses and permits, (iii) maintain certain reporting to the government.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has good initiatives and able to operate independently.
- 4-5 years of experience, could be less if the candidate demonstrated a good knowledge of law
