Job Description

  • Create a strategy to introduce Majoo in Manado market.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in Manado Area.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding merchant base.
  • Servicing the needs of merchant
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus.
  • Min 5-6 years exp as sales area / 2 years as supervisor / 1 year as area manager.
  • Good business sense.
  • Able to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & ‘people skills’.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
