Job Description
1. Identify and analyze problems within Sales division
- Perform gap analysis from Sales’ day to day performance regarding underperformer, sales trend, etc.
- Calculate the Customer Acquisition Cost
- Create Sales performance classification in details based on customer satisfaction
- Suggest training and improvement program based on data gathered
2. Partnering with Product Owner CRM to build the customer journey, starting from leads until deal paid
3. Partnering with majoo Academy to create program capability improvement for AM & AE regarding way of work including in field coaching
4. Monitoring the sales performance in order to improve acquisition rate of sales
5. Conduct competitor analysis, customer perception survey in sales area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background :
Bachelor degree in any field
- Working Experience :
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales field
Requirements :
- Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills – advanced excel
- A strong focus and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively and accurately under minimum supervision
