Job Description
About the role:
Our Performance Management Lead will be part of the People Management team, whose one of main objectives is to enable majoo’s employees to reach their full potential shown through performance. You and the performance management team will see the stories of our employees, their pains and gains, and try to help them manage their actions through coaching. Not only you are expected to be the sound voice inside their head, but also the one who nurtures their compassionate heart. By being the lead, you’ll experience both the individual and organizational point-of -view daily.
What will you do:
- Manage our Performance Management Coach in their daily activities, especially in solving small-scale cases they face with standard procedure and company’s mission as guidance
- Conduct constructive career coaching to our professionals regarding career path, grade, and promotions that can lift up their spirit
- Maintain the relevancy and accuracy of performance database and translate them into sound deliverables
- Maintain and improve the execution of our performance management system to stay relevant and understandable by all employees, either through communication or improvement
- Partner with other divisions in the effort of finding and creating the best performance management system to fulfill our needs
Minimum Qualifications
What will you need:
- A degree in Psychology and Management will give you solid foundation in your role
- At least 2 years experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, or Business Partner will give you the basic know-how on your task
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding in the variant of Performance Management approach and method
- Sharp in both clerical administration and extensive conversation
- Passion in learning the new trends in human resource management
Additional Experience:
- Proficiency in Google suite environment including Google Data Studio will be a plus
