Accounting Manager  

About the role:

As an accounting manager, you will be part co-lead in the finance & accounting department within the Business Support Division and contribute to the accounting field. You will be an integral part of our effort in building a healthy organization through accountable and accurate financing

What will you do:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing with high accuracy
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards
• Supervise all operational accounting activities, from daily transactions, AR, AP, & bank reconciliation based on our standard
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year and submit annual corporate income tax return
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Coordinates with internal/external auditors and provides needed information for the financial audit

What will you need:

• At least 5 years hand on experience in accounting which 2 years are spent as manager
• Proven working experience in SaaS company
• Capable of performing monthly closing report based on PSAK/IFRS
• Comprehensive understanding in finance, accounting, taxation, and end-to-end operational finance flow and process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Highly proactive and willing to take extra miles in executing responsibilities
• Sharp attention to details while maintaining considerable speed in execution
• Passion and enthusiasm in accounting will encourage you in facing daily challenges in this position
• Satisfactory leadership skill that fits our internal culture
• High in agreeableness, shown through pleasant communication style

Additional Requirement:

• Proficiency in accounting software, preferred Oracle Netsuite
• Accustomed to a fast-paced learning environment
