Job Description
- Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
- Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales performance and strategy development.
- Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
- Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization and sales performance.
- Establishes and governs the sales performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales roles.
- Overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and team; and ensuring all sales teams are held accountable for assigned results.
- Works closely with other divisions to ensure technology initiatives are implemented consistent with product.
- Leads sales division by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have strong leadership to lead Sales Performance, Direct Sales, and Telesales.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Bahasa).
- Experience in change management and have a strong strategic mindset.
- Experience in effective stakeholder management at an executive level (3-5 years as a sales leader, one layer below C-level).
- Able to lead a team of professionals in a single direction with a common objective and vision.
- Consumer-oriented, people with a commitment to delivering excellence to customers.
- Having knowledge in Software and SaaS technology with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales development and sales life cycles.
- Organized, self-motivated, hardworking, dedicated, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Could provide a positive work-environment.
