Job Description
- Support or lead end-to-end multiple M&A Project Management engagements.
- Assume accountability for client interfaces and presentations and ensure overall project quality.
- Provide technical support and oversight on client engagements to all transactions.
- On Sell-side engagements: oversee financial modeling and development of offering memorandums and buyer lists, lead calls to prospective buyers, conduct all presentations. On Buy-side engagements: conduct strategic and financial evaluation through market research, financial modeling and valuation analysis and assist direct team’s responses to requests for proposals and presentations to the target organizations.
- Develop and understand financial models and valuations using the discounted cash flow approach, transaction approach, publicly traded comparable approach or any other valuation approaches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Multiple years in direct M&A experience.
- Have background in Management Consulting Firm/ Investment Banking/ Venture Capital.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
