Job Description
- Update all regulations related to the businesses run by Nusantics.
- Provide appropriate legal assistance for cross functional teams.
- Draft and/or review agreements and company compliance policies.
- Responsible for all Legal Documents including obtaining new license (if any) and updating all the Legal Documents as required.
- Identify, evaluate, and address issues of legal risks.
- Identify policies that need to be issued and prevailing policies which need to be amended by regulators for the benefit of the company’s business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Indonesian national with a Bachelor’s Degree of law.
- Obtain and registered advocate license (KTA) is a plus.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in the legal division.
- Experience in handling company’s legal documents such as work contract, NIB, SIUP, and other licenses.
- Able to prepare and review corporate and business agreements/contracts.
- Able to analyze legal cases and provide solutions.
- Have a good skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
- Good knowledge in legal affairs, business law, drafting, and legal review.
- Excellent time management, result oriented, good interpersonal skill and willing to learn.
- Having strong character, high responsibility and experience to communicate with the government.
- Able to join immediately.
