Job Description
- Responsible for employer branding from social media and the company’s website.
- Create new and interesting contents for the company’s website & social media.
- Plan and execute projects focusing on attracting talent with our Human Capital and Marketing team, using a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, and Nusantics’ website).
- Own and implement a Linkedin Careers Page, and maintain relevant content at all times.
- Take initiative to develop new employer branding ideas.
- Create and implement a strategy for brand and campaign activities in order to attract people to join Nusantics.
- Assist in all aspects of Nusantics’ employer branding activities such as building networks with communities, creating events, etc.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives for employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year’s student or fresh-graduates majoring in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any related fields.
- Proven ability to excel, powerpoint as an individual and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Indonesian.
- Possess a positive and conscientious attitude and hustler mentality.
- Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures.
- Have a good time management and like to bring creativity.
- Can operate Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Ai) is preferred.
- Able to join as soon as possible for 3-6 months internship period.
