Job Description
- Reviews the work of the production and supporting staff within the company and ensures policy.
- Consistency with the best possible efficiency.
- Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement.
- Collaborate with PIC in each group during policy development, procedures, authorization matrix identification.
- Collaborate with across function to promote improvement culture such as simplification process, automation, customer orientation, etc.
- Ensure that the company equipped with adequate internal control.
- Identifying, scoping, and participating in /facilitating improvement events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree preferable with process related majors.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SOP Development, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Team Management, Presentation, Problem Solving.
- Preferable certification: Six Sigma, Kaizen.
