Touchpoint IOS Application Specialist

Job Description

  • Touchpoint self-care enhancement on iOS
  • Manage delivery, roll out, and improving self-care app to meet roadmap for iOS platform
  • Handle complain related with all touchpoint application in iOS
  • In charge for quidance and solution from product/service complaint on iOS platform
  • Touchpoint self-care product integration on iOS
  • Adding new service, product, promo, ads etc (provided by Core Product Team, Digital Service Team, Customer Loyalty Team) into self-care on iOS platform
  • Application publishing on iOS
  • Manage and maintain Smartfren Apple Account

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Informatic Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years experience in related field
  • Proficient in swift languange and hybrid app development
