Job Description
- Memberikan P5M setiap shift mulai arahan kepada Drive, Operator, Mekanik dan staff dalam dalam setiap awal pekerjaan
- Membuat laporan harian untuk jam kerja. Berikan FAC, MTC, LTI, FR & SR
- Melakukan identifikasi sekaligus pemetaan dari potensi bahaya yang berpeluang terjadi pada lingkungan kerja
- Harus melakukan evaluasi adanya kemungkinan atau peluang insiden kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi. Juga harus melakukan analisis akar masalah mengenai kecelakaan tersebut dapat terjadi termasuk tindakan preventif dan koreksi
- Cek dan pleksana lalu Lintas, arahkan Rambu Rambu, Skot light, polis line, urus lampu (tower lamp) kalo shift malam. Harus jaga untuk P3K
- Cek APD, seluruh crew lapangan harus pakai di tempat kerja
- Harus kirim laporan di site dan ke HO secara periodic – harian, mingguan dan bulanan
Minimum Qualifications
- S1/D3 dengan AK3 Uumum/atau Konstruksi
- Pengalaman kerja min 5-tahun dengan 6-bulan di lapangan bidang jalan konstruksi
- Computer & Communication Skills
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Sigli, Banda Aceh dengan cuti roster yang ditetapkan
- Berpengalaman di bidang konstruksi jalan diutamakan
