Job Description
- Work to develop strategic user/partner acquisition and retention plans to drive sustainable growth
- Source and acquire new partners to create value for company
- Negotiate terms and onboard new partners to ensure smooth integration
- Maintain relationships with existing and newly onboarded business partners
- Lead in building new teams and capabilities within company to support business growth
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, customer segments, platforms, online and offline initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure initiatives are driving profitable growth
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Analyst, Sales Associate, Growth Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Manager, Product Markering or related roles
- Enjoys clear communication and stakeholder management
- Data driven and should be curious about telling stories using data
