Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design and develop detailed system solutions, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with development teams for accurate implementation and conduct thorough system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing systems, documenting processes and training end-users as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies, and strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience with database management systems, SQL, data modeling, and managing IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical solutions and analyze complex systems and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
