Job Description
- Ability to resolves software and hardware issues
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer's problems related to infrastructure in Customer Service Division
- Experienced in managed team
- Monitoring report and analyzing the performance of Customer Service Division
- Coordinate and supervise vendor
- Develop and monitoring an improvement in Customer Service Division
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information System or Computer Science
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, specializing in Contact Center/Customer Service, Technical & Helpdesk Support
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Having knowledge about Troubleshooting, software/hardware issues
- Willing to work on Shift or Weekend
