Job Description
- Manage Product inventory and maintain stock level of Pyhsical & Digital Product
- Order Product which has reach minimum stock level threshold
- Manage delivery lead time product to customer within SLA
- Stock Movement management if necessary
- Forecast for product stock base on inquiry, trend and estimation order
- Coordinate with 3rd party for stock fullfilment
- Provide reguler report to each stakeholders (sales, finance, management)
- Propose business and process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in role of Inventory Management or Supply Chain for Fast Moving Product for at least 2 years
- Have experience in maintaining digital Product, or experience in E-Commerce is a Plus
- Have knowledge in Stock distribution and warehouse movement (FIFO, FEFO)
- Comfortable and expert knowledge in Excel and some logic function (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT). Knowledge in Macro is a MUST.
- Knowledge in Database Structure is a PLUS
