- Strategize and execute digital marketing plans and tactical activities to support business outcomes in increasing customer awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
- Lead the team in communicating the value propositions to customers, including content ideation.
- Act as the voice of the customer and guide the company in organizing around the customer’s needs, including conducting customer research.
- Manage digital marketing assets and contents across Paid, Organic, Content and Creative.
- Develop new products based on customer research, so it can meet the beauty trends in terms of active ingredients and the product packaging.
- Work closely with the cosmetic factories to get the best formula of skincare and makeup products.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience of work experience in brand, management, marketing, or related field.

Trucare Novatech Indonesia is a new beauty startup company grounded by the idea that Indonesian women in the middle-low class are lack of knowledge about skin health. Yet, they get less attention from the beauty industry. Thus, we are willing to step in and to dedicate our passion for community development within the realm of this industry to help Indonesian women getting know better about their skin and the significance of skincare. We set goals to activate 22 branches in Java in 2022. These ambitious goals are motivated by the desire of Trucare to be the reference of the beauty company, which emphasizes the value of education and empowerment. Our first brand, 'Everose', has been launched at the end of 2019.
