Marketing Assistant  

Primarily responsible for providing support in marketing activities, focusing on digital and social media management and other marketing projects in accordance with the Company’s strategic plans and objectives.

• Assists in the implementation of all digital and social media / on-line marketing strategies;
• Provides support on all public relations and communications related to digital and social media marketing;
• Seeks the approval of Marketing Officer in all advertisement for social media postings;
• Assists in checking and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns to improve brand promotion strategies;
• Conducts on-line advertising and promotional campaigns on a variety of media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, etc.) as required;
• Provides customer service support on all social media and on-line transactions and concerns; and
• Complies with digital and social media calendar and ensures timeliness of its execution.
• Assists in all transactions related to e-commerce platforms and processes accompanying engagements as required;
• Gathers data and information to support recommendations for e-commerce to be more reliable and useful;
• Assists in the monitoring and checking of marketing engagements, views, and promo results, as required.
• Assists in all marketing events and activities to raise brand awareness;
• Supports in the planning and implementation of marketing events and provides evaluation of its success and effectiveness;
• Assists in coordinating of event engagements to marketing partners to develop marketing relationship management as required;
• Assists in the updating of social media accounts for event announcements;
• Prepares all marketing materials for the events; and
• Assists in marketing event’s registration, Ingress and Egress.
• Monitors and updates marketing files and other reports needed ; and
• Ensures timely and reliable delivery of expected marketing documentations.
• Complies with all pertinent Policies.
• Performs other functions as may be directed by the Immediate Head.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or its equivalent
• At least one (1) year relevant experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
