Job Description
- Achieve the target premium, the amount of recruitment and partner activation provided by the company
- Introduce and provide the training of Qoala Plus to potential partners
- Help to Qoala Plus partners in make a product presentations to customers
- Give the best service to partners in terms of payment, claim and others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a sales / marketing at insurance for at least 5 years, preferably in general insurance
- Have a wide network and experience in the insurance area, especially in agency development
- Excellent in personal and insurance products corporate, preferably in general insurance
- Perform the ability to recruit and business development of agents
- Have a good communication skills
- Able to work within minimum supervision and possess high initiative at work
- Able to do training and development programs to agents for both product and sales skills
