Lead Full Stack Developer (ReactJS and NodeJS)  

• Build and lead a team consisting of software developers and support staff
• Set up day-to-day management of the Quasset Philippines office operations
• Contribute to functional and technical design and development of well-structured software products
• With a clear focus on the customer, develop advanced web and mobile applications using Node.js and web frameworks like React.
• Learn and adopt modern technologies
• Produce high-quality code for our software solutions
• Contribute to maintenance of existing code bases.
• Software documentation, testing and quality assurance
• Continuous improvement of our software development and maintenance practices (lean and agile software methodologies)
• Defining, scoping and implementing our software products as a development team member
• Future: build out and lead a team as lead developer/scrum master

• Bachelor's degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
• at least 5 years experience in software development
• Essential experience/skills:

Back-end: Node.js at least 2 years

And/or Front-end: React at least 2 years

• Experience in the following technologies is a plus: Azure, Docker, Databases, DevOps
• at least 2 years of experience in leading Agile teams using modern software development practices (scrums, backlog, sprints, git, code reviews, etc)
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent soft skills and awareness of the needs of stakeholders across different cultures and nationalities.
• Managerial skills to perform day to day operational management and lead a team of highly skilled multi-disciplined professionals and support staff.
• Language skills: excellent English (verbal and written)
• Smart, self-starter, creative, quality results driven, quick problem solver and a team player
• Eager to continuously learn
