Job Description
- Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
- Oversee the design of new products, commenting on how they will fair in the market in order to guide the designers
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and IT processes
- Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between business and/or technology groups by identifying and defining complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives through research and fact-finding
- Create documents for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Define requirements and document system dependencies
- Drive the complete deliverable (Work with all the teams dev, DQ, upstream\downstream teams, PMO team )
- Should have prepared BRDs, FRDs and written use cases to test the application functionalities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, information technology or related field
- Three years minimum of working in analysis, data mining or information related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, including the ability to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
- Training experience helpful
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business partners and technical developers
- Ability to manage meetings for information retrieval
- Candidates can travel
