Job Description
- Ensure the well-being of his or her organization and its members
- Plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the activities of an EMS, to ensure efficient and effective
- Ensure the planning, development and implementation of policies and programs for the department
- Provides a member with the opportunity to fill these roles by delegating the responsibility and authority of serving
- Reviewing the organization's environmental goals
- Analysing its requirements
- Setting project objectives and targets
- Update to client & Team for new changes & Enhancement
- Reviewing progress of the EMS and making improvements
- Prepare the EMS project Plan
- Prepare the Training Schedule
- On-site training to Customer
- Continuous Customer support during implementation & After go Live
- User Acceptance Testing
- Responsible for the Successful Go Live
- Maintain the Change Management Log
- Coordinate with Tech Team for the New enhancement & Issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Focus on the key aspects of leadership, interpersonal and organizational behaviours, and approaches for managing and motivating employees
- Proficient in MS Office; MS Visio
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
