Job Description
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions;
- Prepare and create payments;
- Prepare and create invoices;
- Prepare financial reports;
- Record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Track bank deposits and payments (with approvals from Supervisors);
- Assist with budget preparations;
- Manage petty cash.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, accounting, and mathematical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Experience in using accounting software, and willing to learn how to use a new one;
