What you’ll do:
Tutor Lesson Management
- Reminds and checks tutors' attendance to booked lessons
- Checks "No Call" notifications from students
Tutor Inquiry Management
- Provides all necessary support and resolves all tutors' inquiries according to SLA (service level agreement)
- Escalates transactions that need a higher tier of decision-making and/or processing
- Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
- Resolves all lesson disruptive issues when necessary to ensure lessons will proceed accordingly
Workshift:
- Non-standard shift hours that will include weekends and holidays
Minimum Qualifications
What we’d like you to have:
- Graduate of ANY 4-year course
- No required related working experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Not required but very useful:
- Experience in Customer Service/BPO industry
- Knowledgeable in using Skype
Work Schedule:
- Amenable to 4AM – 1PM and 3PM – 12MN shifts
- Amenable to work weekends and holidays
