What you’ll do:
Tutor Evaluation
- Assess and evaluate tutor's performance based on given rubrics
- Provide written feedback based on assessment
- Monitor and track tutor status and performance, and provide support as needed
- Monitor and respond to all concerns/inquiries sent by tutors via Skype, SMS, and email
Other tasks/projects that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
What we’d like you to have:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Linguistics, Communication, Education, English or related
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Must be highly objective, patient, and have attention to details
- Can meet deadlines, and follow protocols and guidelines
- Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and able to multitask
Please be advised that this is a Full-Time Office-Based position. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online. Currently, work from home arrangements is available to select positions. However, employees may still be asked to report to the office by their supervisors.
