What you will do:
- Training and Research Development
- Gathers needed information and studies related to new programs
- Conducts demo lessons and training sessions for new programs
- Develops training structures, programs, contents and tools based on the needs and analysis
- Production and Revision
- Conducts online and offline training sessions to trainers, coaches, and tutors.
- Applies necessary improvements to training flows, contents, and tools
- Other tasks which may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
What you should be:
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably English, Linguistics, Education or any related
- At least 1 year of training experience
- At least 6 months of teaching experience
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English
- Excellent in facilitation and training
- Can work well with a team
- Goal-oriented, passionate, highly proactive, and with a strong sense of accountability
Not required but very useful:
- Project Management
- ESL Teaching experience
- TESOL and SLA certification
- Being a RareJob tutor
Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online. Due to the current COVID-19 situation however, work from home arrangements is available to select positions, provided that the candidate already has a stable internet connection to facilitate their tasks.
