Job Description
We are seeking for experienced Senior identity Engineer to join our growing team!
You'll be handling requests to remotely help our clients based in Australia and in the US. Supporting clients and colleagues with deployed of our SSO/IDP Security Software.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Resolve technical/ issues in accordance with company processes
- Deployment of SAML/OpenID Integrations
- Deployment of IDP/PAM Solutions and Polices
- Deployment of Active Directory Integrations
- Federation/SAML/SSO requests with Office 365 and Gsuite
- User Provisioning
- Updating/Troubleshooting
- Document and Improve the Identity and Access Management Policies and Processes
- Helping Clients and 3rd Parties with IDP/Access
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Office 365 Experience and Knowledge.
- IDP/PAM Knowlege/Experience
- SSO Experenice. Like: Okta, 1Password, Idpative, Thycotic, Centrify, LastPass, OneLogin, Ping identity, AzureAD
- SAML and/Or OpenID
- Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills are a must. Ideally with US, UK or Australia experience
- Willingness to grow professionally by learning new skills and building personal value as an IT professional
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- Sense of urgency in completing service requests according to service level agreements
