Sebagai seorang Project Manager, kamu bertanggung jawab sebagai penghubung antara klien dan tim serta mampu melakukan peninjauan dan manajemen aspek proyek per harinya. Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab akan perencanaan, pengaturan, dan motivasi tim dalam pencapaian performa kerja yang tinggi dan berkualitas.
- Mampu menyediakan hasil proyek dengan nilai bisnis yang luarbiasa pada user.
- Berpengalaman mengalokasikan sumberdaya dan manajemen prioritas proyek.
- Memfasilitasi diskusi dan konsensus antara tim dan klien.
- Mengelola dan meninjau ulang rencana eksekusi tim programming
- Berkontribusi terhadap team building, coaching, konseling, peninjauan, dan penilaian pekerjaan.
- Membangun rencana proyek secara detail dan mengamati progres proyek serta mengelola perubahan yang terjadi baik skala proyek, jadwal, ataupun biaya.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang manajemen proyek Information Technology.
- Lulusan luar negeri menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman yang baik terhadap website dan aplikasi programming di mobile.
- Memiliki kemampuan lisan dan tulisan yang baik.
- Mampu mendeteksi isu dan resiko yang berpotensi terjadi secara pro-aktif, dan memberikan solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan baik berpengaruh langsung/tidak terhadap penundaan timeline kerja, budget dan operasi bisnis.
- Mengetahui kemampuan programming adalah nilai tambah.
- Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi penunjang Project Management seperti Trello, Pivotal, dan lain lain adalah nilai tambah.
- Berpengalaman menjalankan SCRUM dan Agile adalah nilai tambah.
