Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineering.

• Owns the operationalization of new features/ functions to ensure new client facing solutions scale & deliver first time right every time.
• Governs the process from ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business.
• Manages major projects across customer operations in a way that adds rigor and transparency.
• Recognizes and rewards best in class examples of driving the continuous improvement culture from our peers within Customer Operations COE’s Leverages six sigma/lean capability.
• Acts as a champion across Customer Operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Works in collaboration with Project Management and Governance Ensures a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurements Engages cross functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree educated
• Process optimization experience (can have been informal as part of wider roles and

responsibilities, but must be demonstrable if so)

• Certified as a Lean / Six Sigma green/black belt with practical experience in Lean Project

• Management along with practical experience in coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments and Lean projects.
