Job Description
- Responsible in compliance of Government reportorial requirements using BIR EFPS System for Regent Foods Corp. and Manual filing of BIR payment for Regent Land Holdings Corp & GiantLeap Corp.
- Withholding Tax Compensation (1601-C)
- Withholding Tax Expanded (1601-E)
- Monthly Vat Returns - Output / Input Tax (2550-M)
- Quarterly Vat Returns (2550-Q)
- Corporate Income Tax return Quarterly (1702 Q)
- Annual Income Tax Return 1702RT
- Preparation & Monitoring of Monthly Ledger for Compensation
- Monthly update of Taxable Compensation Income and withholding Tax on Compensation.
- Reconcile of SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig w/ Bir report against Payplus report.
- Reconcile of W/holding Tax Remittance w/ BIR report against Payplus report.
- Prepare Alphalist of Employees - for Annual Information Return of Income Tax w/held on Comp. (1604-CF)
- Prepare Certificate of Compensation /Tax withheld ( BIR 2316)-requested by HR & mandatory Annual release
- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly alphalist of Payees - for 1601-E report to BIR
- Encoding to BIR system the Monthly remittance return of creditable Income Tax w/held Expanded
- Preparation of Annual (summary) Return of Creditable Income Tax w/held Expanded (1604-E)
- Preparation of monthly Summary list of Sales & Purchases - for Output & Input Vat report.
- Preparation of SAWT - Summary alphalist of withholding taxes - for VAT declaration.
- Quarterly submission and preparation of Corporate Income Tax Return - For External Auditor.
- Preparation of Quarterly Summary of Sales based on Vat return submitted.
- Preparation of Trial Balance - Working paper
- Consolidate Quarterly Expenses - Report from Ms. Joy
- Summary of Prepaid income Tax w/ BIR form 2307
- Preparation & monitoring of Renewal and Payment of accounts.
- Business Permit/ Taxes and Licenses
- Payment of Real Property Tax
- Prepares all required Reports and Schedules for BIR Compliance in LOA
- Schedule of Sales and Purchases
- Schedule of Importation
- Summary of Inventories, Taxes and Licenses
- Schedule of Monthly and Quarterly Tax payment w/ BIR.
- All Required Alphalist (MAP & SAWT)
- Summary of VAT returns & VAT availments/Credits
- Others working paper per BIR requested.
- Preparation of Annual Reports for Financial Statement - for External Auditor
- General Ledger, Trial balance , working paper
- Schedule of Taxes & Licenses (Manufacturing.Direct & Administrative)
- Summary of Rental Income & other Income
- Summary of importation - Landed Cost & Custom duties
- Prepare lease contract
- Deficiency Tax assesment
- Summary of Creditable income Tax BIR 2307
- Report on Dividents declared & changes in Retained earnings
- Other documents that may be required for FS
- Prepare Secretary's Certificate
- Responsible in Filing of the following Documents for SEC & BIR
- General Information Sheet - SEC
- Audited Financial Statement - SEC & BIR
- Income Tax Return - BIR
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent accounting skills
