Job Description
Tasks
- To pull out the documents, around 24000 files for 2019
- To validate the data noted in the official receipts (Specifically on Company Name, TIN Number, Company Address, Business Style, VAT Amount, BIR Permit, and Net amount)
- To prepare a report in excel, showing the progress, correctness of the receipts and completeness of the files
- Coordination with the Suppliers for errors or incomplete documents
- Preparation of the files for archiving
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting students looking for OJT experience
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledgeable in excel for reporting and monitoring purposes
- Able to communicate well with suppliers and internal customers
