Job Description
- Achieve Total Customer Satisfaction by providing timely delivery of supplies and parts to customer, professional call management and handling customer issues and concerns;
- Lower delivery cost and achieve target;
- Formulate Strategies and Implementation for the Department;
- Improve service efficiency by continuously improve service processes and Customer Service Coordinator performance;
- Complaint Management System
- Continuous Process Improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Management
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Strong background in handling Customer and Customer Service
