Job Description
- Work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be knowledgeable in End to End Recruitment process
- Must have above average to excellent English communication skill
- Must have exposure in BPO set-up
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City and in Quezon City
