Job Description
- Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Identify the customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution and or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- We accept High School graduates, Vocational or Associate Course graduates, College undergrad, College graduates
- Amenable to shifting schedules (Night Shift, Day Shift, Mid Shift)
- Can work during Holidays
