Job Description
- Cash management activities (e.g. daily cash position, fund transfer, and short term placements
- Cash controls functions (e.g daily recon of reported sales vs. bank deposits, including post recon of ECPay/Bayad Center)
- Banking account management/documentation (e.g. updating of documents, enrollment to cash management products, etc.)
- Deposit verification and confirmation (i.e. Honestbee, PDC, customer deposit, returned checks and etc.)
- Initial review of daily cashier’s collection report and petty cash fund (cash count and replenishment).
- Post dated check monitoring in coordination with Order to Cash (OTC).
- Gift certificate management (from ordering to issuance.)
- Merchant/card acquiring (from store request until coordination to the store for installation).
- Deposit Pick Up arrangement for new stores, offsite selling, and etc.
- Review and monitoring of critical creditors (i.e. rental, utilities, indent, and etc.)
- Oversee check monitoring and releasing (until fully transitioned to Aspen).
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting graduate
- Preferably a CPA
- Must have at least 5 years of treasury experience gained from retail, manufacturing, or banking industry
