Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Relations Officer shall be responsible for the supervision of providing strategic and day-to-day support to Operations for activities to affect employee motivation and retention, performance management and work relationships while complying with local labor laws.
Engagement:
- Manage and identify employee engagement programs/activities for the betterment of employee welfare
Labor Relations:
- Monitor implementation of employee disciplinary measures and ensure fair and consistent reinforcement in accordance with Labor Laws.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and oversee the employee performance evaluation process
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- At least three (3) years related experience in overseeing employee relations team.
- Proven experience in a Senior generalist role within a service environment.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Maybunga, Pasig.
