Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and Lead overall provision of back office operations including Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources and Administration.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
• Report financial information in an accurate and timely manner; prepare and provide financial reports to external agencies as required.
• Manage a variety of fiscal and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, auditing, bond administration, treasury management, and financial reporting
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and goals for assigned areas.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls.
• Supervise the work of subordinate accountants, accounting assistants, and other assigned staff
• Attend meetings, conferences and trainings as required; participate on committees, task forces and work groups as assigned.
HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION AND PAYROLL
• Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
• Performs overall talent management strategy and implementation including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development; performance planning, management development and
improvement; and succession planning.
• Develops overall HR business plan with measurable objectives and a budget.
• Staffing of the HR department to effectively serve the needs of the organization.
• Ensure that recruiting processes are consistent and streamlined.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding staff tools, policies and procedures.
• Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent organization.
• Manage Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide culture and environment at work for employees.
• Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
• Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
• Responsible for community outreach and communication, and charitable giving in conjunction with the community relations team.
• Managing external executive recruiting agencies, employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary staffing agencies.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Expert in the Human Resource Management
• Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a finance/HR/admin manager
• Has proven success in back office management
• To be based in Quezon City
• Has excellent leadership and management skills
